Like most of the 1 star reviews, I was told in November that my furniture would arrive in 2-4 weeks. Pieces and parts were delivered but not before 6 weeks! Waiting on last 2 pieces and was finally told delivery could be made on January 31st (which I was going to be out of town at that time) … not to mention this was 8 -9 weeks after placing order! They provided quick and professional assistance on my furniture issue when the brand name and subcontractors were causing major delays on repair my recliner. Thank you all American for your assistance.
