Do not use this service. I prepaid $140 for a round trip service to my surgeons office. I was told I had 8am pickup. I called until 8:20 no answer and no pickup. I had to lay down in the back of my own car with no seatbelt and in pain to make it to my appointment on time. They now refuse to return my payment.
