They will not stand behind their product, but the manufacturer will. However the manufacturer requires the retailer do the warranty claim. All American won’t do it because they said the warranty is only for the original purchaser, but that is not what Patio Renaissance says (their warranty policy is also on the website). This place has exceptional products with great style for every taste. And the prices are reasonable.
All American Outdoor Living and our Designer, Lindsay Anthony are both AMAZING! We brought Lindsay the floor plans of our new house in Mexico and she designed a perfect setup for our three patios over about a weeks time. Fantastic experience from selection to delivery. We made a fairly large purchase (6 outdoor seating areas for front and back patios) and worked with Lyndsay over several weeks to finalize all of our selections. Lyndsay is incredibly knowledgeable about their large furniture portfolio (the store has many pieces on display plus they have numerous catalogs), and she provided us with great advice balancing our style, quality needs and budget. I looked all over for the right patio set. These guys were patient with me, walked me through their showroom floor and stepped up with top notch design expertise (ask for Lyndsay).. When the set I ordered was delivered I wasn’t happy with the fire table I selected. They worked with me to exchange it for one that worked perfectly.. From Sales to Service, I could not ask for more. Highly recommended!
