Quality furniture, superior sales people, excellent cushion manufacturing! Showroom is a candy store. We've had most of our furniture for the five years, and it still looks brand new. Recently we came in for a cushion zipper repair, and today we're accepting delivery of 2 chaise lounges, 2 pool loungers, 6 new cushions and 2 rocking chairs to match our sofa. All American is the place for outdoor furniture! Thank you very much Linda Evans - your patience with us was wonderful.
Our designer, Lyndsay Anthony, from All American Outdoor Living, was amazing to work with! She was so patient as we took our time picking out the perfect outdoor furniture and firepit for our Northern Arizona home — a process that happened over two spring seasons. Lyndsay helped us figure out the layout, choose the right fabric, and even made sure the delivery worked with our schedule. She really made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and everything turned out exactly how we hoped.
They will not stand behind their product, but the manufacturer will. However the manufacturer requires the retailer do the warranty claim. All American won’t do it because they said the warranty is only for the original purchaser, but that is not what Patio Renaissance says (their warranty policy is also on the website). This place has exceptional products with great style for every taste. And the prices are reasonable.
All American Outdoor Living and our Designer, Lindsay Anthony are both AMAZING! We brought Lindsay the floor plans of our new house in Mexico and she designed a perfect setup for our three patios over about a weeks time.
