well organised provider with quality services. In 2024 my mother, a past client of All aged Care was robbed $200 cash by their Support worker (Ms Laura) during a shift which included going to the bank. Unfortunately, though the incident was reported to police, the case manager failed to protect or support my mother and sided with Ms Laura. It is very dissapointing that older Australian's aged care rights are not respected properly by providers
Awful company - take those you care about elsewhere
My experience with All Aged Care has been positive and has enhanced my life, my lifestyle and health issues. I am grateful for the caring service offered by the office in Spring Hill and for the care of Lea-Ann and Troy. Thank you everyone. I can't recommend the service more highly. -- Dawn.
I have been receiving various services from All Aged Care for quite some time. The staff are friendly and helpful and always do their best to accommodate my needs. The help I receive at home is excellent and I enjoy the social group outings. I would recommend All Aged Care to others looking for support services.
