Friendly staff and great service. We booked a car last minute, it was available when we arrived and at a great price! We will definitely use them again on our next trip.
When hiring a car from this place we had a last minute flight change that resulted in us having to have one of our friends drop the car off for us , owner called and complained that the car had been towed and was asking where it was and calling my friends idiots when it was parked right behind his shop in the appropriate parking. Beware!! To say I was disappointed with my experience hiring from All Age Car Rentals would be an understatement. I booked a Mitsubishi ASX for $313, but when I arrived to collect it I was told the vehicle had "no insurance." I specifically asked, "Not even third-party?" and was told "No." Based on that information, I felt I had no choice but to pay an additional $290 for the optional cover, as I believed I would otherwise be driving an uninsured vehicle.... alternatively cancel the booking in which I would lose the $313 I'd... read more
