I was fired with zero warning or notice. I received a text message from the manager and then I reached out to the owner and the owner told me there where to many complaints, yet I was never told. I was only told by them that I was doing a great job. Either I was lied to or lied about. Its poor business practice. Zero communication, just fires you on gossip.
