We had a great experience with Lori at All About Wood. We had a wine rack that was passed down in the family that was a brown color that we wanted refinished into an emerald green color. Simply put, it came out amazing. She replaced the knobs with knobs we hand-picked ourselves and she also re-drilled the knob holes. She also fixed the broken drawer that needed fixing as well. We could not be happier with the service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her in the future.
Lori is the best wood worker I know. I'd recommend her to anyone. She made us a beautiful mirror and refinished a crib with chalk paint. Also put a finish on our wood floors.
My Mother trusted this small business company to refinish her beautiful table as it was scratched. She paid them $900 to refinish the table. She returned it with visible dust particles in the finish that she claims would wear? This is not an acceptable delivery and now she is not returning her calls. This is frankly embarrassing and I feel terrible for my Mother. I do not recommend her.
