I understand we are currently going through unpredictable times, but all I asked was for communication. That’s it. Not hard. After they would tell me they would contact me, they never followed up with their promises. They always had an excuse as to why she didn’t text or call me back after weeks of trying to get in touch with her. This company did absolutely nothing, but give my family false hope.
