Whoever this "owner" is, she is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Clearly, she does not know how to properly act professionally and respectfully. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Talks nasty, rudely and snobbish-like. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I have called Simone regarding my tax refund and she was suppose to call me back and I have not heard from heard. I have relentlessly try to get in contact with her only to get her voicemail to her cell phone and her office phone. I was told by a friend of hers she just got back from the Dominican Republic, then I was told she was in the Dominican Republic by this same friend. At this point I will contact the I.R.S and find out My rights and obligations to file a grievance against her and her tax service, and the BBB.
