No answer to phone over several days. This isn’t 1996 and if I have to physically drive to your store to ask a question about a product, I’m not going to buy from you or email you. Have a chat feature. Answer the phone. It’s 2025. I made a large purchase elsewhere online.
New to town. Needing scrubs. Online hours state 0900 open. Drive there. Not clear on door. Called number and states open at 1100. Just an inconvenience. Might shop online instead. Please update hours online and on the front door for your customers. Thank you. After writing this I saw the door open. Went there and the owner/manager let me in. I got impeccable service and so with that said I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!
