Pros: The furniture, once you get it, is absolutely beautiful. Cons: The service at the store has been beyond horrible. We ordered a dining set (table and six chairs) in April. The table and four of the chairs came in on schedule (after about two months). It then took another 5 months to get our remaining two chairs. The company did not communicate with us any status updates until 5 months had passed and we had made a multitude of phone calls.
