Fun Workout This dance studio is not only for the kids, but adults can take classes and get a great workout. They offer classes ranging from ballet and jazz to hip hop and cardio striptease. The instructors are friendly and energetic, making class a great time. Definitely check out this place if you want to try a new way to workout!
fun classes I was talked into going to All About Dance for the cardio striptease class. What a hoot! Not only is it a great workout, the instructor makes it so much fun! I love it!
