Lewis helped us navigate our Mum having to move into residential care very quickly. Mum has complex medical needs and he found the best possible place that can support her, and we are delighted with where she has ended up. Having to navigate the aged care sector is confusing and, at times, overwhelming. Having Lewis available to help us through a really tough time for our family was worth the investment.

I needed to find a residential placement for myself in as short a time as possible. Lewis visited my home for an initial discussion of my specific needs. He then organized tours of residential care homes that would meet those needs. He accompanied me on these tours, and provided valuable input. Lewis was recommended to me by another family member who he had assisted previously. His knowledge of the aged care industry is excellent. I just can't imagine navigating this without his assistance. He managed to place my father who required a secure 'memory ward' in an aged care facility in Como which we have found to be excellent. I highly recommend Lewis for anyone wanting to put a loved one into residential care
