Having an ageing parent is such an emotional experience for all involved. To think about aged care homes when your loved one is in hospital, is traumatic. Thank goodness we had Lewis on board with us at this time. Lewis has a calm, professional, kind manner, he listens and is extremely knowledgeable about aged care living in WA, including the different companies and homes. lewis helped us find a lovely aged care facility for my dad , lewis is truly a one of a kind person he was there every step of the way to help navigate this hard decision as it is never easy to place a loved one into care. he always took the time to clearly explain what we had to do , Lewis was a joy to work with through such a stressful time.
