Impossible to get an answer via e-mail or by phone for services due (paid) after MANY tentatives. Very unprofessional way of doing business.

I booked my appointment more than one week in advance . No issues were reported. One day before my appointment they canceled and deducted 50 CAD from my credit card . I tried calling and sending emails no one replied . They should have informed me in advance that they need to cancel and they shouldn’t have deducted the money if they know they can’t take the appointment. So disappointing

Been trying for 2 weeks to call and book an appointment for a treatment I already prepaid for with my membership. But there is no answer or callback. I wish I didn't prepay for anything there, this is giving money grab vibes.

J'ai eu 2 rendez-vous pour faire un retrait de tattoo au laser. Après mon 2e rendez-vous je prends le 3e. Rendu chez moi j'ai reçu un message text que la succursale de Vaudreuil ferme et qu'il me recontacte sous peu pour faire le traitement Griffintown. Je suis sans nouvelles depuis le 2 juillet malgré plusieurs communication. Très très déçu. Et je voie que je ne suis pas la seule. Photos à l'appui.
