I just called and spoke with the manager (her words) Holly @ 2010 East Carson Street regarding bookings services and was met with a rude & uncaring personality. I asked her if she cared about losing two customers to which replied “we’re too busy to keep going back and forth” Lol, I asked her if I could change my appointment time😬😬She just lost money for a business she doesn’t own.🤷🏽♀️

I'm in love with my nails I got today from Aliya!!! I appreciate her patience and providing excellent service!!
Since it was a “squeeze in” appointment. Set at 1:30 I stayed til 2:20 to not get seen and the excuse was because I was a squeeze in. Unprofessional
