My wife had knee replacement. She was addmited there on Saturday May 2nd 2026 arround 7: PM She was not able to move by her self, She need to go to washroom, She push button for assintent, no body come to help her until 45 minutes.She was there for her knee therapy, Monday some one came did her speech therapy, which is not related to her knee. My mom was admitted here after knee surgery, and unfortunately, it’s been one of the worst experiences. She received very little attention, and even simple requests were constantly passed from one staff member to another without resolution. I personally called and left multiple messages trying to ensure she received her pain medication and therapy, and no one ever responded. It's always a crazy time when suddenly being faced with needing to find ongoing care for a parent. Morgan, Whitney, and Basil were instrumental in helping me do just that. They were welcoming, patient, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable while gently guiding us through this tough time for our family and helping me confirm this was the right place for mom.
