Robert has such a warm and inviting energy which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I absolutely loved the communication and explanations he gave, it really helped me understand my body more. I left feeling so relaxed. Less stiff & tight than when I entered the session and it has really made me feel so calm. I highly recommend. He’s such a lovely soul. I definitely will be booking more sessions. Bless him and his beautiful business.
