Could barely raise my arms above my shoulders but after numerous visits I'm now able to raise them both above my head. Took awhile but Erin was able to keep working them and soon they loosened up.
Vicki at Alive for Life massage is one of the best. She is warm, caring and relaxing- and she also knows more about the human body and how to help relieve stress and optimize healthy movement than any massage therapist I have gone to see. (And I see a lot of massage therapists.) She is exceptional!
Vicki is always wonderful and thorough! I always leave walking on clouds!
