I've been working with James Bell at Alive!Fitness for several months now, and it's been a terrific decision. Excellent program for me. I'm a senior who realized my muscles were getting less and less and decided I had to take some action. But I knew I needed help to do the RIGHT exercises. The Alive! Fitness Studio is exactly what I need - one on one instruction for a short period of time each week using equipment that focuses on each muscle group. Perfect! Highly recommend it.
I attended Taru Fisher’s Introduction to Medical Cannabis class today. She provided very helpful information. The atmosphere was relaxed and I got all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this Intro class if you are wondering where and how to get started with medical cannabis. "I've had the pleasure of working with both James and Taru and they are both incredibly knowledgeable of the human body. I really enjoyed the Medical Cannabis education class that Taru shared today. I learned a lot in a short period of time.
