Everyone who works at Alive is so friendly and genuinely seem to care for their members! This location has a free coffee bar for members to use and a lounge for you to sit and enjoy it while either waiting for someone to help you or just come in and say hi.
Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever used in my entire life. This place is a joke. They have terrible customer service. They don’t answer their phones. They make it impossible to take a car payment. Do not bank with ALIVE.
Has been nothing but a headache dealing with this bank. Paid off my car on Dec 22… they screwed up the processing of my payment and delayed it one day. Then told me they would release the lien on the 10th but didn’t release it until the 11th. I’ve been on the phone with these people more than I want to be. And when Kelly (in loan dept) realized she was really supposed to release it on the 10th her response was “oh well, I released it on the 11th instead.” In the meantime Lisa from the loan department told me a few days ago i... read more
