Sometimes I ask myself if I should go to my Left or my right Kindness is present both ways Mrs.B always talks to me with respect. I love this credit union. I have been with this company since I moved to Jacksonville, Florida over 15 years ago. I wouldn’t change my banking situation ever..
Poor loan management. Very outdated hard to use website. Have a maximum transfer you can do of $5000 per month so if you’re trying to quickly pay off a loan or apply a bonus to it it’s very difficult. Do not recommend. Slow responses from customer service to explain this resulting in extra interest pocketed for them.
