I was surprised that this Alice Credit Union take her time to explain & Help me process my payment. Fran Wilson was excellent wonderful customer service with amazing spirit of kindness. Thank you very much and I see Fran Wilson every month to do my payment. Give her a wage & Thank you ALIVE CREDIT UNION FOR HAVING RESPONSIBLE RESPECT PERSON.
Been with this credit union for over 20 years. Used to be fantastic! Recently they have tanked. Customer service is basically non existent and they hold $$$ for as long as they can without releasing it to your account. Sounds like a financial institution that is having $$$ issues. Currently looking into another credit union to transfer to. This institution needs to remember who's money it is!
Same bank tellers at several of the locations have been there forever helping me for the past decade plus and are great people.
I DO NOT recommend this company. They were unprofessional and dishonest with my family. All of their charges, fees, and interest rates are deceptive and completely unfair.
