Alive Credit Union , the home office location, is a wonderful financial institution to do business with. We have used them on several loans and have had winning outcomes each and every time. Their professionalism is reflected with each interaction. We will continue to partner with them for all of our banking needs in the future!

This Bank should be *** for discrimination I'm an African-American and I have been with this bank for almost 30 years I reported fraud back in August two children under the age of 10 years old processed to rental properties of air&b during the same time period and different locations one in ******* ******* the other one in ********* ******* almost 2 weeks of rental stay I reported fraud to my bank of almost 30 years less than 8 hours after the transaction took place I went to the bank completed all the necessary paperwork th... read more

When are you going to fix the online banking???? You tried to change something that wasn’t broken and now it’s had issues for several months!!!! Can’t even transfer from my business to personal or other members, can’t get text alerts of activity or deposits!! Hard to get through to a live rep and you’re closed on Saturday . I’m filing a formal complaint with the NCUA & the Better Business Bureau

I was fairly happy with this bank until there was fraud on my account, I found it myself they did not help at all. After I found the fraud they told me it was my fault and if i wanted MY money back I would have to file a fraud claim, however they informed me that it would likely get denied which would mean they would take more of my money for filing the claim. Would definitely give this bank a negative five star rating if possible.

Your Receptionist Maria DG is the most patient person I've come across since relocating to Jacksonville, Florida. Maria has been always so very gracious towards me. She inspires me. My boyfriend has been trying to get HIS money for over a month every person he speaks with tells him something different. To add insult to injury the last person put him on with someone else who speaks spanish to try to convince him to leave his money in there ( his name is spanish) his english is perfect and better than his spanish! Just WOW!

Terrible customer service! Lots of roadblocks to getting issues resolved. Go elsewhere - there are lots of other choices.

Don't use this bank. Extremely Poor service. I have been a member for less then a month. I am so not happy with your bank. first you send me my debit card, but it says in a few days I will get a pin for it. that was on the 16th of this month nothing yet. I talked to someone who setup my account she told me to call the number to activate it. guess what no number to call.I sent an email via my account on the 17th for help still waiting on a response. I called the 904 number it said office is closed but if before 6pm hit this k... read more
