As a first time buyer with poor credit, I didn't want to take on the stress or risk of a declined application. Alison was able to get me a mortgage with a decent rate despite my poor credit and low deposit amount. Alison even put through the mortgage application while on annual leave! Can't fault her and couldn't be happier.
