Allison has amazing hands, and an even more amazing knowledge, I had tight shoulders, and despite 30 years of yoga, was not able to release that tension. One session with her loosened that tightness, and now I’m actually able to fully raise my arms above my head. I am deeply impressed by Allison’s precision, experience and dedication.
