My experience with Suzy Ortiz at Veritas Lending Group, starting in early May, was extremely disappointing. Alisha was amazing throughout the whole homebuying process communication was great fast response was a plus and her great attitude was a bonus I would highly recommend her to anyone in the homebuying process, overall very helpful and made the homebuying process as smooth as possible and I would say she goes above and beyond for her client

She knows how to put anyone at ease during the loan process and makes sure everything gets done the right way. 😊
10/10 recommend! Helpful EVERY step along the way. Transparent and thorough with every detail. Even with a usual situation, she was able to get us a great rate and made the entire process very easy. She even handled an issue at closing (title company’s fault) right there at the table and made sure we were taken care of properly. Truly fantastic from start to finish!
