Very rude Staff, tried to make a refund of money I had sent and the staff was very reluctant because my middle initial was not on my account, called western union and they as well agreed with me and told me to go elsewhere, I did and there was no problem, I believe they feel some sort of entitlement of treating people rude when it come to refunds.
