Been coming to mat Pilates here for a few months and just started doing the reformer classes. Highly recommend BOTH classes! This is an amazing atmosphere and the instructors are amazing (Ashley and Angela) They’re so welcoming. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this business and the classes they offer!
Thank you for a great first experience! I did the floor mat class which was very beginner friendly. Bodies of all shapes and sizes, the class was dim and calming. Lauren Davey is amazing!
Today was my initial assessment and I was thoroughly impressed not only by the premises and the terrific atmosphere that she's created there but With Ali herself. She's young informed totally cool and I know I'm going to really benefit from seeing her.
Every visit leaves me feeling noticeably better — less tension, less pain, and way more relaxed. It’s the perfect mix of therapeutic and calming. Destiny is great!
