Thank you for a great first experience! I did the floor mat class which was very beginner friendly. Bodies of all shapes and sizes, the class was dim and calming.
I had a great experience today. The staff are more than accommodating. I the atmosphere is comfortable. My assessment was very thorough. I especially love that Toby ( the shop dog ) is there. I will return.
