5 minutes consultation and I left confused with no help or some concrete answers, Alina didn’t even try to put an effort into the conversation or try to help somehow with some advice. Very disappointed. $250 paid for nothing. Also I called the office to get help for my green card renewal application which I agreed on the price to be paid, but they never got back to me. I consider that the office and the whole team are actually not that serious and professional as they present themselves. It’s always all about the money!
I carried anxiety for years before reaching out to an immigration attorney. I expected judgment or pressure, instead, Ms Kats was calm and steady and she treated my situation seriously. I finally felt like someone was actually on my side and result was brilliant too Thank you a zillion times.
