What is wrong with you people? You shut down a location and can't bother to notify people who have reservations and are counting on you. If you are thinking of reserving with these idiots, I would run the other way. They never answer their phones and don't care about you

We Rented Kia Telluride from Aligo. Their service was amazing. I have asked a lot of questions to Samar and he Answered all my queries. Overall It was fantastic experience.

I have used the service many times, and they always have the car on time. The cars have been clean and are in fine fettle. The price is affordable, and the renting process is easy.

I have rented a car in June 2023, and had very good experience. Reservation was made well in advance, so that the price was very good. Although the car which I have chosen (midsize) was not available, the level was upgraded to SUV (BMW X3) without any surcharge and additional conditions. The staff was friendly and available for phone consultation when I had car-related questions using the car away from Vancouver. Can recommend this branch to everybody.
