Seems a poorly run business. Tried to book a car with them. They have a physical space inside the Holiday inn express hotel…no indication when looking for it, that it was indeed inside the hotel, I had to guess. Once there, there was no one at the location to interact with. The staff at the hotel said it’s a common occurrence, and to call the phone number on the sign. I called and went to voicemail due to full in box. Eventually someone did return my call, but by then I had rented from a different place (with great service).
Very friendly service at the Edmonton location. It was a very smooth transaction to get from the Airport to the rental location (and back). I would definitely consider renting from them again in the future.

I made a transaction with this company to pay for the rental then they aquired all my personal info regarding my bank account and used it to commit fraud they withdraw money from your account they commit crime and do not take responsability and reply with the statment "take me to small claims" ALIGO rent a car BEAWARE OF THIS COMPANY The worst company to rent from they leave you stranded on the side of the road dispite what their website states 24/7 emergancy roadside service is a lie .
