Aligned with Green has such a welcoming and comfortable environment, and that’s all thanks to Krista! She is always inviting and kind and ready to share her expertise. Her classes are challenging in the best way. Krista offers guidance and modifications whenever they are needed. I always leave feeling energized, refreshed, and stronger! I always look forward to my time at Aligned with Green!
My wife and I have been doing a private pilates-yoga class with Krista once a week for about half a year at AWG. We are generally physically active, but both have some history of chronic pain. We have done years of physical training, yoga, Pilates and other treatments and exercises prior to this studio. Going to these classes allows me to function better physically and mentally. I'm so glad I found Aligned With Green. Stress and feeling generally unhealthy led me to start going in late January, and Krista made me feel welcome right away. I wasn't very flexible and I had been bothered off and on by sciatica pain. I've been going usually twice a week since I joined, and I can tell I'm gaining flexibility and strength, and I've barely had any sciatica flare-ups in the past four months. I love Aligned with Green! Krista is an amazing instructor! I love when she greets you she’ll ask how you are doing, and how is everyone feeling. This gives you a chance to express what is tight or hurting and she’ll address it durning class or give you substitutes for a movement or pose. The atmosphere is warm and inviting in the studio! I have enjoyed all the classes I have tried. I highly recommend her studio!
I am so thankful for all of the knowledge Krista shares at AWG. What a huge difference the RLT & Yoga have made for my overall health and energy level. Very grateful for this gem of a place!!
