Aligned with Grace is such a fitting name because it is how I feel after each session. I feel centred and content. It’s like all the parts that were working against each other in side me are now back together and working in harmony. A beautiful feeling. I would highly recommend Aligned with Grace for anyone feeling disjointed either mentally physically or emotionally, or to maintain or to achieve feeling of equilibrium and over all wellbeing.

Grace is a fantastic kinesiologist. My sessions with Grace have been extremely beneficial for my mental and emotional wellbeing. She has helped me to release an old (negative) thought pattern I had struggled with for over 10 years. At my second session with Grace I was able to let it go for good!
