Ive had many different kinesiology practitioners and Grace is by far the most impactful for positive changes in your body and life! Not only is she genuinely kind and non-judgemental, she is always considerate to your needs/desires and is happy to listen as you unwind your life/concerns. Grace is a fantastic kinesiologist. My sessions with Grace have been extremely beneficial for my mental and emotional wellbeing. She has helped me to release an old (negative) thought pattern I had struggled with for over 10 years. At my second session with Grace I was able to let it go for good!
