Dr Saba, Taniesha, Jose and Kevin are an awesome professional team. They are all personable and I felt very comfortable and well cared-for from the beginning. The facility and location are excellent. I feel that my physical progress is assured!
I needed PT sooner than later. I used to go to the Rockville location. In order to do so, I had to start at Tysons since they had appts available. This location is over 30 mins away from my home. The front desk staff Tanisha, Kevin and Josh are amazing. They are friendly, professional and comforting. Both physical therapists are also fantastic. If I lived closer, I would of continued going to Tyson’s.
This place is ran like a used car dealership where they only try to sell you things and procedures you don't necessarily need and if you are allergic to an item or does not fit you, they have sold you, they do not take it back! I called them 6 times in a spam of 3 weeks for a knee bracelet they sold me and left messages 5 times and spoke to 2 different people both telling me they will call me back to sort out the situation but never did and ignored all the messages I left for their office manager.
