Oh my gosh, I had the MOST INCREDIBLE massage experience with Tessa!!! 🥰 I thought it would be a simple massage. But my gosh, it was SO much more! Before we got started, Tessa invited me to set an intention. Then as we got started, she basically used my intention to walk me through a mini guided visualization/hypnosis.
