I have been a client of Align’d Body & Mind for years. Since I started seeing my Align’d Manual Therapy RMT my life has been transformed in many positive ways. I don’t even want to think of where I’d be now if I hadn’t discovered this place! The clinic has grown over the years and expanded to include many other services including physio, chiro, acupuncture, nutrition, naturopathic medicine, and so much more! It truly is a one stop shop for all your health and wellness needs.
Love this clinic. Very professional and helpful. My children have received excellent care for various sport related issues, in particular with Dana. She is wonderful with the athletes and so knowledgeable about keeping them in tip top shape.
I have been coming here for over a decade. Ashley has been a saviour and also a great friend. Highly recommend this clinic. I dont know if I would be able to walk without their treatments. From zombie to walking on clouds. Thanks Ashley. Mikey :)
