After two months of classes a few times a week, I can confidently say that I love Align. The space and machines are new. The instructors are highly skilled. They are always watching your form and also providing different options based on any injuries you have. It’s far more personalised than i was expecting. They are also working hard to build a beautiful community, and it’s a vibe! ❤️
Align Wellness Center is honestly such a blessing to have so close to home. The studio backs onto the gorgeous Earl Hill surrounds, so the moment you walk in, you already feel calmer. The space is welcoming, the other participants are lovely, the whole environment feels supportive. I highly recommend this beautiful centre for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing in a peaceful, caring environment.
Oh my goodness! Had such an amazing Pilates class here taught by Kristie. She was caring about all the people in the class catering to their injuries and yet the class was still challenging. The space and the vibe is so nice. Everything is super clean. I’ll definitely be coming back for another class. Glad I stumbled upon this place. Also one of the ladies used the Red light bed after the class! I want to give it a go.
Kristie is an incredible Pilates instructor, she's knowledgeable, positive, patient, and so much fun to train with! She always makes sure you're doing each move safely and with the right form, while still challenging and motivating you to push a little further. Kristie explains everything clearly and gives great variations so everyone from beginners to advanced - feels supported and confident. Excellent attention to detail throughout the classes. Kristie is an amazing instructor and ensures everyone feels comfortable and safe. I cannot recommend highly enough.
