I have been working with Lyn for about 3 or 4 years now. I was new to myofascial release and dealing with a knee injury. Lyn was so fantastic and taught me so much about my own body in this process. Mary is very knowledgeable and caring. She is a very good listener and puts you at ease. I have been able to come back from a serious back injury and I am doing activities that I haven’t been able to do in years. I always look forward to my appointments with her. My experience with myofascial release therapy was extremely helpful and corrected my neck pain that I struggled with for years.
