Mary is so amazing! I love coming to Align. I feel so relaxed when I leave. Mary is so thoughtful & always makes sure that I’m comfortable. I have come a long way in a short period of time! We make progress every week. I appreciate the work all of the ladies do at Align so much!

I have limited ankle mobility from an injury 25 years ago which has affected not only my ankles, buy my hip and knee mobility as well as my lower back and neck and shoulders. I have been seeing Mary Whalen, COTA, at Align for two months for an anterior pelvic tilt. Mary’s compassion, gentleness, and experience in therapeutic care is consistent and effective. Not only is she treating my body’s misalignment, she has an energy that I connected with immediately that has established a trust that is also nurturing to my soul. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Align Therapeutics Myofascial Release and my clinician there, Lyn Lynn, OT. I had suffered from significant neck discomfort and profound loss of range of motion for well over a year prior to beginning myofascial release therapy. I'm a 62 yr old active gal, that had suffered with a 15 yr chronic left neck and shoulder tightness with frequent muscle spasms.
