Myofascial Release Therapy has completely improved my overall health and wellbeing. Mary Whalen is an excellent clinician. Mary has taught me how to maintain my wellness in between sessions, and the stretches and release in my fascia that Mary has provided have helped me to completely resolve pain in my mid-body that had plagued me for years. Mary is very knowledgeable and caring. She is a very good listener and puts you at ease. I have been able to come back from a serious back injury and I am doing activities that I haven’t been able to do in years. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She is a joy and I am so happy that I discovered her. In the past I have tried Chiropractic, Massage, and a host of other treatments. My experience with myofascial release therapy was extremely helpful and corrected my neck pain that I struggled with for years. Vanessa was always flexible working with my schedule, easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Mary is so amazing! I love coming to Align. I feel so relaxed when I leave. Mary is so thoughtful & always makes sure that I’m comfortable. I have come a long way in a short period of time! We make progress every week. I appreciate the work all of the ladies do at Align so much!
