I have only had a few sessions but have had more progress in my mobility in a few sessions than the past 10 years of constant stretching. Highly recommend from a very active yogi and weight lifter!!
Kirsten is a miracle worker - I’ve had chronic hip and body pain and our work together has reduced it tremendously... I trust her with my body and the emotions that sometimes come up for me. It is a safe and healing space always. I am no longer local to Lafayette but travel from Denver to see her every six weeks or so for my body maintenance!

I visited Kirsten at Align Stretch Therapy with terrible Achilles and calf pain— three weeks before a marathon! I could not run at all. I credit her with getting the acute pain under control to get me to the starting line. I finished that marathon in a personal record time, and more importantly pain free. I highly recommend Kirsten and her work for acute pain or chronic aches and her “homework” assignments on stretches and strength work.
I’ve had five shoulder surgeries that need some physical therapy and when they stiffen up on me, I go to visit Kirsten. Lo and behold hold my shoulder seem to be back in working order again loosened up great movement.
