I visited Kirsten at Align Stretch Therapy with terrible Achilles and calf pain— three weeks before a marathon! I could not run at all. I credit her with getting the acute pain under control to get me to the starting line. I finished that marathon in a personal record time, and more importantly pain free. I highly recommend Kirsten and her work for acute pain or chronic aches and her “homework” assignments on stretches and strength work.
I’ve had five shoulder surgeries that need some physical therapy and when they stiffen up on me, I go to visit Kirsten. Lo and behold hold my shoulder seem to be back in working order again loosened up great movement.
Kirsten helped wonders with my chronic shoulder pain, highly recommend!
I just had my first session with Kirsten and it was awesome! I have recurrent hip pain and am noticing a sustained difference just after 1 visit! You can tell she has a specific expertise in her craft and is very intuitive in managing her clients needs. If you are looking for soft tissue therapy that works, I would highly suggest Kirsten at Align for all of your needs!
Kristen provides a deep, targeted therapeutic stretch. She is friendly and really knowledgeable about the human body. She has helped me with extreme foot and calf pain. I highly recommend Align Stretch.
