Came in with injury to hip and shoulder and did a fantastic job! Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Katie's remedial massage; I had work with an osteopath a few weeks ago and had little relief compared to her deep muscle therapy. I feel great after suffering with shoulder, neck and upper back pain for 6 weeks.
I recently saw Katie for some lower back pain that was causing grief, she was so welcoming and helped ease the tension drastically, I then saw her again where she was able to help me relieve hip pain that I didn't even realise I was carrying! She also gave me tips that I could do to ensure I stay pain free, I absolutely recommend everyone to see her! If your in the Forster area then do yourself a favour and go visit Katie for a massage. Her hands are like magic.
