An easy 5 Stars. Everything from your arrival to departure is handled with utmost courtesy. The atmosphere is light, the facility is super clean and the clinical professionalism exceeded my expectations. Let’s just say when I leave, I feel terrific and look forward to my next session. In March of 2023 I lifted a heavy table to put back in place and awakened lower back problems. I went to my Primary Care P.A. and he recommended P.T., giving me a referral to Dr. Josh Harmon. I was in P.T. from April thru June and had some relief but something was just not right. I went back to my Primary again. He took X-Rays of my lower lumbar spine and told me I needed a referral to a Spinal Specialist, Dr. Spiro Antoniades. Owner Josh made me feel like i was lying and didn't make me feel wanted or comfortable. His work was great his bedside manager was horrible. I stopped before i should have because the way he made me feel.
This is my second go around at Align PT. The staff is fabulous. This is not a franchise, and I like the way they treat patients. Treatments are individualized and hands on. I’ve been going there for 7 months. Today I was discharged. They were sad to say goodbye, but I assured them, I’ll be sure to be back next time I need PT services! I highly recommend them.
