What a wonderful practitioner. She is highly knowledgeable, present, and skilled, and cares about being the best. There are some things that are innate, and her sensitivity is something that just can't be taught. It shows!

Secretly the best yoga studio in St. Louis! Their new student introduction offer is great (unlimited classes the first 30 days for a very reasonable rate) so you can try out the studio + find your footing. A super intentional space that is approachable for everyone and all levels. A variety of classes + instructors so you can mix it up or stick with your favorites. The monthly membership is way to go as far as bang for your buck.
I came in the other day for a message with Amanda, my back a mess and grouchy because of it. Amanda said hey what are you feeling? I said my back hurts all over and asked for a full body message. What a wonderful message it was! And Amanda and I spent the whole time hitting it off talking about a wonderful collage of topics. By the end she was like oh my gosh so the message is over and I had so much fun, and I was like already? It was immensely calming. I will be coming back to Align soon!
When I walked into Align Massage a year ago, I was in pain. I have type 2 diabetes with circulation issues (with discoloration) in my legs, neuropathy in my feet, and osteoarthritis pain in my knee. With consistent Thai massage appointments with Danni, my circulation has improved (and the discoloration has decreased significantly), I haven't needed a shot in my knee in a year, and my feet rarely hurt anymore.
