I've loved Align Yoga. It's nestled in the Shaw neighborhood of Tower Grove on a quiet street, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and open to newcomers. I invite friends whenever I can and feel centered and restored when I leave.
This place feels like a home away from home. cozy, welcoming, and relaxing. It never disappoints and always impresses me with the quality of service. I like the diversity of the therapists, each bringing their own unique touch, and the small retail section is such a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!
Align has wonderful yoga teachers that have made me feel at home and welcomed me to the community! They offer really affordable prices, have a beautiful studio, and make it very cozy for first time visitors. I am hoping to book a massage soon because I’ve heard great things!
This was my neighborhood yoga studio and I loved it. Cozy in all the right ways with some stellar teachers. The walkability & bikeability of its location is a huge plus. Also, best prices in town!
I have a massage membership and so far I keep booking with Amanda who is utterly amazing. I always book the 1.5 hour massage, and my body/mind/spirit feels completely relaxed after my time with her.
