2 stars only because the RMT was kind, professional, and sought to solve an issue which was of no fault of her own. However, I won’t be back. Very disappointed with the overall professionalism and management of the clinic. Yesterday, the power in the plaza where this massage clinic is located was out. It had been out for hours (confirmed by the RMT) before I had been notified. I was initially hesitant to book because some of the reviews made me concerned. However, my experience was completely different. As a postpartum mom dealing with persistent back pain, I found the massage incredibly helpful and effective.Jessica took the time to understand my concerns, focused on the areas causing discomfort, and provided noticeable relief. I left feeling much better and more relaxed. I’m glad I gave her a chance and would definitely recommend her to others looking for therapeutic massage care.
I have gone to I Ching (Nikki) twice now and OH MY GOSH. Absolutely incredible, you can just tell how knowledgeable and dedicated she is to what she does - Its clearly her passion and honor. She has released tension in my body that I didn't know existed, she is not afraid to apply deep pressure and knows exactly what she is doing. So so incredible, thank you Nikki!!
Rex was kind and funny. Respectful too. Also showed easy to remember way to stretch problem area at home.
