Sarah was once a 5star but feel she now taking too much on with added new business and now find it difficult to arrange appointment for simple sports massage
I went to see Sarah at Align Holistic and Sports Therapy for lymphatic drainage massage. I had been having problems with my legs since having radiotherapy on some lymph nodes a few years ago. After a couple of treatments my legs are so much smoother and less lumpy. I would highly recommend Sarah, she makes you feel at ease, is very professional and welcoming. Excellent service!
Amazing first session. Sarah was super welcoming and very friendly. She is very knowledgeable and professional throughout giving great advice to take away with me to help my needs. 1000% would recommend and will be going back for a follow up session in the near future.
