I had the worst experience dealing with Align Credit Union! I had purchased a 2020 vehicle in August of 2019 and took a loan through the Danvers branch. I just now totally paid off my loan in June of 2020. (less than a year on a 4 yr loan) Don’t ever buy GAP insurance here, better yet go elsewhere for a loan! Nothing was explained to me at the time of the loan, I didn’t get one cent reimbursed to me from my GAP insurance when I paid off my vehicle (1st time this has ever happened)!These people will do NOTHING at all to help ... read more
