I have had the most awful experience with this credit union, which is detailed in my Yelp review, although I forgot to mention my experience was with the Framingham Branch and the person who was the very least help was the manager. I cannot recall her name. I must've blocked it out to save myself additional trauma. If you still use this credit union, I wish you good luck. You're definitely going to need it. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your affiliation with them.

The credit union is great, Victor Francisco the Assistant Branch is very helpful and knowledgeable. Also tellers in the branch Nick and Bryce.
