The customer service since the bank became Align Credit Union has been getting worse every day. The hold time gets longer and longer. Branch managers in some locations don't get back to you when they promise to get you the information you requested.
I have had the most awful experience with this credit union, which is detailed in my Yelp review, although I forgot to mention my experience was with the Framingham Branch and the person who was the very least help was the manager. I cannot recall her name. I must've blocked it out to save myself additional trauma. If you still use this credit union, I wish you good luck. You're definitely going to need it. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your affiliation with them.
