Charged a massive late fee for showing up 7 minutes late, and refused to see me. I have been a patient here for over 2 years and regularly wait 10+ minutes after the designated appointment time to be seen. But if I show up more than 5 minutes late I get hit with a massive charge, even if its the first time it has happened in the 2+ years. Would not recommend, and I will no longer be returning. New patient appointment is nearly $300 and the adjustment was mediocre... as someone who has seen chiropractors my whole life I can say I'm unimpressed. A 45 min appointment spent mostly talking and the area that was bothering me the most wasn't touched. I won't be back
I have been going to Dr. Lockwood for a few years now to get help with old injuries and unfortunately, do deal with new ones. He is a caring and skilled chiropractor and I ALWAYS leave feeling better than when I came in. I highly recommend him.
I give a 1-star based on the [lack of] performance of their patient services representative (PSR), who took days and days, if not weeks (yes... WEEKS) between coordination email correspondences to intake me. Official intake never took place on the part of their incompetence or disorganization.
