My phone screen went black and stopped working with no obvious damage. After doing a bit of research I took it to Alien IT hoping it could be saved. Very happy with the service I received. The person who helped me, who I assume was the owner, was friendly and efficient and had my phone fixed, good as new in a day. His pricing is reasonable and he kept me updated on progress. I appreciate that he ruled out other solutions before replacing the screen (the more expensive bit).
