I originally ordered this brand and the design I needed on Amazon. Big mistake! Of course they sent me the wrong thing. It was a big waste of time. I ended up calling Customer Service at AlienGear directly, and they were able to guide me to the exact level two holster I needed. I ordered it and received it fairly quick. After I received it I still had some questions and was able to talk to Nemo. She helped get my last few questions sorted out. Needless to say I’m a happy customer. Thank you!
