What happened? 5 star company 18 months ago. I just tried to use their lifetime warranty on the most recent holster I purchased (OWB Cloak) in March, like 4 months ago. Alien gear no longer has a lifetime warranty. They sent me 12 promotional emails last week, but never an email saying they were going to end their warranty and start shipping garbage. the paddle broke on my holster. I have two of the older ones (one is 8 and one is 7 years old) with the alien heads for paddles. They still work fine. The new design broke in le... read more
Carried Alien Gear since I was old enough to get my ccw. I'll be 33 this year. Cloak tuck has been the only holster iv ever used. The service used to be as dependable as the holster. Apparently up until the beginning of 2024 you could swap shells for your cloak tuck when you bought a new weapon. Iv used the same holster for 3 pistols until I settled with my VP9. First purchase was great, I came back to purchase another item however I accidentally purchased the wrong size. I am being told I have to cover shipping for an exchange.. being charged twice for an exchange doesnt seem right. Not very happy with the experience
