Alien Gear Holsters customer service and ability to deliver a holster is trash. I have been getting the run around for a week over a holster which was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I have called twice got zero help. Fed Ex is also been no help. Absolute trash
Ordered a chest rig. It was supposed to be a 14 lead time. Here we are at 32 days and don't even know if it's been built yet.
Made an order on July 5th. July 17th I get an email offering me $10 on my next order as an apology for the delay. July 27th when I got to check what is going on my order has been cancelled, not by me, and my money hasn't been returned
