People who work there don’t care the office ladies are rude and snobby. Holsters are not even good quality.
Well, don’t drive all the way out to the Post Falls, ID location. It’s no longer there…
Night and day difference from what this company was 5 years ago to now.
Nice store, friendly associate, and they had what I couldn't find anywhere else.
Very disappointed. I purchased multiple holsters from Alien Gear over the years largely because they advertised a lifetime warranty. Now I’m being told that due to a policy change in 2024, they no longer honor the warranty for products purchased under the original terms. Policies may change, but customers who bought based on those promises shouldn’t feel left behind. As a loyal repeat customer, this was frustrating and disappointing.
