Great shop , bought my Alien e bike beginning of the year. Just called this week for the tuneup offert to me with the purchase. Called ahead, requested fast turnaround since I use the bike daily, next day drop off was possible , as I was close by. Work was done earlier then requested.Great job, have been recommending Alien bikes for the great bike and exceptional customer service.Keep up with great level.of service Thank you

My son’s e-scooter needed repairs and the staff at Alien E-Bikes and Scooters were amazing. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and very help over the phone and their technician, Ed, had honest and great advice about the old scooter. This will be our scooter repair shop from now on!
Despite being very busy, when I brought my eBike in to see if there was a problem with it, they took it for a test drive and quickly repaired the problem saying I would not have to bring it in for repair later! . . . and all of this free of charge! That's great service:)
Sent my scooter for a simple tire change returned in a month with a broken motor horrible could have just done it at home but decided to try them out they charged 150!! For this on top of all that
