Took my bike in (9530 189 St unit 2, Surrey) ,and no word for 2 weeks. I finally called and left a msg and they did call back 2 hours later. Was told a technician would get back to me. 4 hours later I just went down in person. They had not even looked at it yet. Someone helped me load it and said he was the only one working there and he just started. Sign on the door said if you are wanting service it would be 10 days. The most horrible experience/service I have received. I would never in my life recommend this store or their services to anyone. If you’re reading this, please do not go to this store and save your efforts, time, and money! My e-scooter had a flat tire and needed replacing plus an issue with the motor, and I dropped my scooter with them in the start of May, they said they fixed all issues and it was ready by the end of May. Brought my son’s scooter in for repairs and had an awesome experience. The technicans were super friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair price with no surprises. They fixed the issue quickly, and now the scooter runs like new! What really stood out was the customer service — they kept me updated, and even followed up post repair. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Highly recommend if you need reliable scooter/bike repairs!
