I went in asking for a part and sure enough that was the only bike shop to carry the part I was looking for and they were nice enough to toss it to me for free. It was only a specific washer but was needed. Thank you for The excellent customer service
I had a very negative experience with Janobike. The transaction did not go as agreed and I lost money as a result. The business did not deliver what was promised, and attempts to resolve the issue directly were unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I suggest others proceed with caution and make sure everything is clearly documented in writing.
Great shop , bought my Alien e bike beginning of the year. Just called this week for the tuneup offert to me with the purchase. Called ahead, requested fast turnaround since I use the bike daily, next day drop off was possible , as I was close by. Work was done earlier then requested.Great job, have been recommending Alien bikes for the great bike and exceptional customer service.Keep up with great level.of service Thank you
